The Hudaco Group was restructured during August 2007 to facilitate the entry of BBBEE Shareholders. This was a positive step which resulted in increased opportunities and added benefits to Hudaco’s various stakeholders as well as improving Ernest Lowe’s current BBBEE scorecard rating to a "level 4" value adding contributor.
